The challenge
A grant-funded program was launching on a short timeline with strict reporting requirements. Enrolment, data collection and reporting all had to be in place quickly and work reliably from the first day.
What we built
A custom enrolment and survey system with personalised links for participant outreach, real-time tracking of enrolment and responses, and automated surveys configured to produce grant-ready reporting.
What changed
The program launched on schedule. Data quality met funder expectations, the grant maker praised the execution and the reporting clarity, and the funding was renewed for another year.
Why this worked
The system was designed around how the team already ran outreach rather than forcing the work into a generic platform. Building and refining happened at the same time, so the whole thing was delivered in a week.

Most training explains what the tools are. Very little of it helps somebody use them on the work sitting on their desk that afternoon.

A monthly five-part series built around small businesses and reflecting problems that participants brought with them.
What changed
Participants leave with their own prompts and workflows rather than notes, so the results keep compounding after the session ends.
Why this worked
Every session is built on real business problems rather than exercises, and nobody needs a technical background to follow it.

A venture studio and a consulting firm
The challenge
Two early-stage organizations needed a web presence that could grow with them. Both had outgrown what a site builder could do and neither wanted to hand control of their content to an agency.
What we built
Full multi-page sites with proper architecture, navigation and page-level SEO, deployed end to end with custom domains and production monitoring.
What changed
Two live, indexed sites on an architecture that can keep growing. Content, SEO and ongoing updates stayed in-house, with no agency retainer attached to either.
Why this worked
Building the site rather than using a template meant ultimate flexibility, and enabled the clients to define their brand and how they show up online.
Capacity for organizations pursuing funding

The challenge
Grant work is exhausting and most teams are doing it on top of everything else. Opportunities are scattered, deadlines arrive without warning, and the person writing the application is usually the person who can least afford the hours.
What we built
GranTribe, a grant partner that works alongside you to find matching opportunities and create first drafts, with a person to walk you through the application process until you are comfortable working on your own.
What changed
Organizations can now pursue funding that they could not previously, because they have the capacity they need to do so.
Why this worked
It was built by someone who understands the process, and the constraints of being a small business owner or a nonprofit leader who needs the funding but has no capacity to apply for it.
